Convenient and magnificent location near the national park, main attractions, Autoroute 10, Trans-Canada cycling trail, and Magog. Nice bed in the queen room with central heating, iron/ironing board, and coffee/tea making equipment.- Great breakfast with a variety of food options.- Clean pool area.- Late check out

The service here is excellent and the location close to the ski area is fantastic.

Booked standard queen room with nice linen & great pillows. A refrigerator, an air conditioning and an iron/ironing board were useful. The location was marvellous and peaceful to a pizza restaurant.

The room was clean and well taken care of. the breakfast was included, which was a bonus. - the location was magnificent and particularly good, close to a wooden platform, the highway, and downtown eateries, and a pizza restaurant.

Staff was very nice, Hotel was quiet.

Old and threadbare, Pool is lovely but not heated.

The hotel was a great base for exploring a beautiful area, conveniently located close to Autoroute 10 and downtown. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing great advice on activities. - I appreciated the fantastic location and the excellent service from the team. - Cherry River Marsh was just 2 km away, making it easy to explore nature nearby.

During the week the breakfast doesn't start til 8. As abusinessman I am already on teh road by then.

The bed, it was comfortable, but too close to the wall on one side, made it difficult to get in and out.

The accommodations here are vibrant, cozy, and come with high-quality bedding and comfortable pillows.

I liked free parking but it has to be free because it's in the middle of no where.

I did not like this hotel because 1) the musty smell – could not get rid of it even open windows, 2) uncomfortable beds – cheep bed with worn out springs killed my back and shoulders, 3) towels were thin like paper – must been used over 10 years to become thin like that. 4) breakfast starts at 8 am – too late for us and could not have it although we paid for it.

There was a mixup in description and price between Booked.net and what was available at the hotel. The owner went back on Booked.net and confirmed the mistake, but charged me the Booked.net price even before I provided a copy of my reservation. Double bed room did not have Kitchenette, only Queen bed room had Kichenette so I was provided Queen bed room for same price a double - no hassle - no arguments - excellent customer service.
